  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Germany and Austria: Estimated delivery time is 3–12 business days.

  • Other EU Countries: Delivery times vary but generally range from 5–13 business days.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the package will be returned to us.
